My youngest daughter always likes 'surprises' so for her birthday, I decided to help her remember a little bit of our Christmas 'mother / daughter' holiday we had together in London recently - where we attended a Christmas Spectacular for 'F.R.I.E.N.D.S', hence the cake!
She really liked it - so glad as it was a task and a half (taking most of my week)
