Christmas Day with daughters, families, and grandchildren is always a treat and so I decided to try something a little different - made lemon madeleines, with lemon curd filling and dipped in white chocolate and shaped into a tree (well tried) but as there were gaps I tried filling with gingerbread stars...
It was different and even though it may not have gone done in the looks department - they certainly tasted ok! Which was the main thing!
