Wide-eyed wonder

Matthew 18:3 TPT 3 “Learn this well: Unless you dramatically change your way of thinking and become teachable, and learn about heaven’s kingdom realm with the wide-eyed wonder of a child, you will never be able to enter in.

I was inspired when I saw the attached picture because when I was a child I use to dance around the house a lot and not sure my parents really understand why but I wanted to express how I felt and seeing this picture just remined me! Back then I always felt a freedom and abandonment in being just who I was and not having to put on any air’s for people but just enjoying being me!

Also, the gold flow she is giving off just highlighted to me the scripture verse found in Matthew 5:14-16 “Your lives light up the world. Let others see your light… So don’t hide your light!

I have heard it shared of late, that due to us all having gone thru this COVID season, things for everyone will be vastly different on the other side but what really will that ‘vastly different’ be!

In Matthew 18 above, it says ‘unless you dramatically change your way of thinking and become teachable’ – this in a way could be talking about things for us now and so if we make a choice to do all we can to ‘learn’ about heaven’s kingdom realm with the ‘wide-eyed’ wonder of a child, maybe, just maybe we could be onto something truly phenomenal for ourselves – a real revelation!

Allowing ourselves to ‘rest’ (which we have done a lot of) and make a choice to be true to the process of finding out, then I do believe, by asking the Lord Jesus Christ to help us in this search – He will!

To make sense of this whole year – who knows? Give Him a try today?
