In our family, the month of March is rather 'epic' as we get to celebrate a different birthday every weekend but of course the most important is... Our oldest grandson of course! This year he asked for dinosaurs and so when cutting into this epic chocolate cake I hid dinosaur eggs too (actually mini easter eggs but who is quibbling). The best way to know you have achieved what was asked for - 'THANKS GRAN, my cake was great!'
The picture here was taken by the owner of the beehive. The beekeeper forgot to put the frames in which the bees collect honey, and the bees built their own architecture from the honeycomb, which takes into account natural ventilation so that the air can flow freely and maintain a stable temperature. I was given the opportunity recently, to enjoy picking mangos, which were end of season but still amazing 😊 Proverbs 11:30 ‘a good life is a fruit bearing tree…’ In the process of picking the fruit, I discovered how difficult it is to reach up and grab hold when being as short as I am (plus used muscles I never knew I had – paid for it later) along with some fruit being hard to distinguish from the leaves, so they were well camouflaged!
